Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent;

• Experience in curtain wall and aluminium works is preferable;

• Min. 3 years relevant working experience;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.);

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE, with at least 4 year's working experience in curtain walls / aluminium / steel work;

• Holder of TCP T1 certificate is highly preferred

• Comply with the Site Specific Safety Plan;

• Able to learn and practice for supervising quality, progress and safety of façade installation;

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage;

• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Good team player, quality-and-detail oriented, good communication skills;

• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure;

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Construction related disciplines;

• 5 years working experience construction project, with experience in aluminum and steel works highly preferred; 

• Good communication skills and PC knowledge;

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English;

• Independent and hardworking, self-motivated and work under pressure;

• Less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
